Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GLHF (Pty) Ltd (“Revisions”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Revisions web application and related services at app.revisions.co (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Revisions is a subscription-based platform that lets agencies and creators collect client feedback on video and image deliverables, including review and approval workflows, frame-accurate comments and annotation, revision rounds, and shareable client review links. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for the conduct of any team members, collaborators, or client reviewers you invite to your workspace.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) per seat, as shown at checkout and on the plans page.
Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle handles billing, payment methods, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the files, comments, and other materials you or your collaborators upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transcode, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to breach security or access data not intended for you; reverse engineer or resell the Service; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Revisions and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it per these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting and payment processing). Your use of those features may be subject to the providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revisions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms here or notifying you in the app). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
